Resepi Diet - Quaker Oat

Savory Oats Porridge

Ingredients:
- 1 bowl Quaker Quick Cook
- 1/2 cup rice, washed and soaked for 30 minutes
- 2 1/2 cups water
- 1 tablespoon cooking oil
- Chilies, sliced thinly
- Ginger, finely shredded
- Dry mushrooms, soaked, washed and sliced }
- Carrots, diced }
- Chicken fillet, sliced thinly } Marinate
- sesame oil } with light
- light soy sauce } soy sauce
- white pepper }

Garnish:
- Spring onions
- Fried onions

Method:
1. Heat oil in saucepan.
2. Add ginger, dry mushrooms and chicken, Saute for a while
3. Add rice, water, oats and carrots
4. Stir well and cook for approximately 30 minutes
5. Serve the porridge in individual bowls
6. Season with dash of sesame oil and soy sauce
7. Garnish with spring onions and fried onions
8. Serve hot
